CS:GO unplayable

Hey there,

 

So I've got quite an annoying problem that started today.

 

I have a 60Hz monitor but like to keep my fps in CS:GO between 200-400 frames because it seems to run smoother that way. Today I decided to try to play on altPug, so I installed the client etc. and started a game. The game started and I had seconds of imput lag, my character feels like it was moving on ice, my fps was between 40-70 but my ping was less than 30 (vs the usual 70 I get on MM servers). The game stutters, lags, mini-freezes etc. It's basically unplayable.

 

So I thought it might be the altPug client but I have uninstalled it and the problem remains on normal games. Just plain unplayable. I have already reinstalled the game, verified the in-game cache, reinstalled my GPU drivers and set the launch options with -high etc.

 

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Awesome! Idk what happens but whenever my computer is being weird and something is not running right I just reboot it till it works and that is usually in the first or second reboot.
