My CPU overheats normally but gets to a normal temp when overclocked, why?

Normal temp at an Overclocked Speed and Voltage

At startup, I am at 90C but when I overclock, it goes normal and never goes above 80.

What is your cooling system? Even now your temps don't look great (50C at true idle is not good). I'd hazard a guess that the protective film is still on the bottom of the cooler.

Your CPU is running at ~800MHz, that is idle.

what is your OC settings? you may have set it to have a max temp of 80C
by default (as in not OC) that is actually set higher.
