Need help unknown error with graphics/direct X

As soon as i start up the game i get a full black screen except one horizontal line that shows the game, every other game works except this one and i haven't added anything to this game or changed anything when it started to happen

ISSUE RESOLVED
Have someone run u to the graphics of carx and turn off fullscreen and it will fix itself:)
