bad stream quality

Im tring to stream with obs and the quality on twitch is bad, it has small squares  on stream

Small squares seems to resemble compression issues. You might wanna increase the bitrate of your stream or decrease the x264 encoding to a slower mode. (from the default very faster to fast).

Try rewatching your stream. The live preview on OBS doesn't show compression degradation.

ok, and when I watch the stream it looks bad but my cousin watched it and he said it looked perfect.

OBS has a problem where when something is moving the quality will look worse than a stationary object. Try to set your bitrate to about 3k, anything under has really bad quality.

 

You can actually get pretty much crystal clear quality using OBS but you have to set the bitrate above 20k, which is pointless if you're streaming or using the x264 encoder.

Just use OBS and up your bitrate a bit higher, and try streaming at 720p if you haven't already. (1080p on Twitch without having specific quality controls makes it look absolutely TERRIBLE)

ok, right now the bit rate is 4000 kb/s so ill try 5000 and ill make it 720, thanks

Wouldn't recommend go over 4000kb/s at all. Go for 3500 max if you still just doing 720 (even 1080 is fine at 3500)
