IDK WHAT TO BUY!!! Rtx 2080 TI or RTX 4060?? I'm getting my first custom build..

So I owned a pc before a couple years ago, a 1070 TI prebuilt... Looking to purchase a new rig for diablo and AAA games.... Some apex here and there.. What GPU is better? The 2080 TI build is a little bit more expensive, but I heard to 4060 is worse.

Are you buying it used or new? buy the 2080 ti used and it should be cheaper NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti 11GB GDDR6 OC GIGABYTE GAMING | eBay

4060 is horrible value, don't get it

if you're playing at 1080p a used 3060 ti could be good value GIGABYTE RTX 3060Ti EAGLE OC 8G USED | eBay

I still think the used 2080 ti is your best bet

what games are you playing and at what res?

bro its a custom used prebuilt.. 950 bucks where i live. Planning on getting the 2080 TI as you said. Can't reveal my country for OPSEC purposes

Diablo 4's frame generation works really well, which I don't think is supported on the 2080ti.

 

The real answer is to skip both and look at the RTX 4070.
