Please HELP, Stuck on Entering Setup...

Hi, after setting full screen logo show to disabled on my GA-H97M-D3H then save and reset it reboots with this screen, I do as it says but stays stuck on "Entering Setup..."
Please help, how I can solve this? What Is happening? Also, I just sign in to learn, If you have a "beginner explanation" I appreciate it. Thanks.
