Mod less and modded same thing re bar turned on %util of cpu is about 12-15% expected on minecraft gpu also around their. What else could be causing it? I have tried switching monitors

Have you tried DDU or reinstalling windows?

Latest BIOS and chipset drivers?

Display Driver Uninstaller

It will seek out and completely get rid of any drivers relating to your GPU, usually with the Gefore or adrenalin updates it will still store or miss remenants of the drivers which can cause conflicts later down the line and cause a variety of issues.

DDU basically gives you a fresh slate with which you can redownload your drivers and have them work with no conflicts

https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/

Please see recommended way to use on that site aswell before attempting to use

fuck, im at a bit of a loss then 😅 Possibly try some sort of software that you can see graphs of power usage, gpu and cpu util% ram usage etc and find out what are causing the spikes and stutters in real time when playing.

Also, OOC, and you seem well versed but i have to ask anyway to make sure, you have plugged your display into the GPU yes?

"out of curiosity", i was just curious if you had it plugged in right as a small handful of times that can just be the issue
