time spy results are normal but in game results are not

i have no idea what to do my pc has a 4070 ti and ryzen 5 7600 when i benchmark it it's normal but in games like pubg where i see people with similar pc's getting 150+fps i get like 80 fps i have windows 11 idk if that mean's anything
