plz help if you can

i recently installed a HDD (ST31000528as)and now all i hear on my head phones is buzzing and crackling my specs are (RX 480 GPU )( AMD Ryzen 5 3400g CPU  )( tx850 power supply) (ASRock B450M Pro4 motherboard) and yes it has the right bios for my CPU.(if you were asking) (my boot drive is)(samsung MZVLB256HAH-000L7)

Is your house grounding or earthing properly installed?

Try unplugging the hdd and see if it works. If it does then the hdd or your sata port(unrelated but worth a try ik) is the problem.

i tried different ports

(and other headphones that did not sove my problem's)

Did you update drivers for your chipset as well as audio? Have you tried uninstalling the driver from dev manager and rebooting(the driver comes back).

i just fond that if i plug in my Xbox controller in to my PC and plug my head phones in to it it works 

what the hell
