New PC build - Germany cybersecurity work

Budget (including currency): 1000 to 1500€

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I do NOT game but I need a PC to use for my cybersecurity work/studies

Other details:

I don't need much in terms of graphics but would appreciate CPU and ram overhead for multi tasking and VMs

I use 2 monitors and I'm planning on purchasing and building the PC in the coming month

Any general advice would be appreciated

Thanks for your help

Is there something I should consider spending more money on or something I could possibly replace for a more budget- friendly option?

If you want to spend more you could get a GPU.

If you want to spend less get a 2x16GB memory kit.

I just noticed that I somehow don't have the case I wanted in the build. The Meshify 2 Mini, https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/KVkWGX/fractal-design-meshify-2-mini-microatx-mid-tower-case-fd-c-mes2m-01, would be much better than the Define Mini as it has better airflow. Cost differential is marginal.
