High RAM usage all of the sudden

Hello everyone,

 

I am having issue with my RAM capacity. I have 32gb of DDR4 3200mhz RAM installed, which seems to work fine. 

I recently noticed though that I am hitting 99% of RAM usage during heavy gaming... something I did not expect to see. Looking at it more closely, I saw that I have about 18%-25% RAM usage during normal desktop idling/browsing. The task manager did not really give me much of an an answer to the issue, so I used RAMMap to get a closer look. 

I am not much smarter with the results though...

Can someone give me a hint as to where the problem might be? I don't think this is normal.
