A bunch of issues with my pc

I'm wondering if I can hop in a call with someone to explain all of this as there is a lot of issues I'm having

Here are the specs:

Motherboard - Aorus x570 Elite GPU - RTX 2070 Super Windforce 3x
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Corsair H100i Platinum
RAM - Corsair Vengence 32gb(2x16)
PSU - Corsair RM750X
Storage - Seagate BarraCuda 2 TB and SSD Samsung 970Evo 1TB
Monitor - 2x ASUS VG258QR 25" Full HD 165Hz & 1x MSI MAG272C
OS - Windows 11 64BIT

Basic Info about issues

  • Issues with booting
  • Random screen flickering (issue with the monitor is that all my monitors flick off for about 2-3 seconds about 3-4 times after I boot and sign in every time)
  • Some games engines randomly crashing
  • Mouse disconnecting all the time randomly
  • Audio glitches
  • Frame drops
  • Latency drops

P.S. also reinstalled fresh about 15 times in the space of 2 weeks, same issue happens every time, like it fixes it self for a day or two

Try whittling the computer down to the bare essentials. One monitor, one ssd, disconnect everything else not needed.  Just a keyboard and mouse, no other usb peripherals. Don’t install a lot of programs. Use it as is, very basic. Then slowly add stuff back in and see if the problem returns.

How old is that Seagate Baracuda drive?  I’ve seen old hdd drives cause troubles even when just used as a storage drive.
