What do I do? User Profile Service

Hey!

I recently have been having some issues with my pc and I had a whole bunch of stuff on it so I figured it was time for a fresh start. So to do a windows reset, I deleted all files and stuff and after I did that. Now I access my computer anymore after the reset. Now it just tells me “User Profile Cannot Be Loaded” and that “The user profile service failed to sign in”. Do you have any idea what might able to fix this issue? Attached is a picture below.

Thanks
