The proper sized rivet should do the trick just fine.

You can just sew it on so it's fits you, but you can't adjust it anymore.

Pretty much any shoemaker or sewer (or any other craftsperson who does clothes or shoe repair) will be able to fix that, and probably for pocket change.

They would need a new clamp too, the lid is broken off there.
