S20FE Refresh Rate Issue

I've been experiencing issues with my S20 FE that I have bought recently, it's having refresh rate issues. Ive tested the phone on testufo and various other refresh rate testing websites and they all came back to me with 51hz. Ive tested the website on other devices and they are accurate and show me 60hz and 120hz. Ive tried both the 60hz option and 120hz option and it still shows 51hz. I need help to determine whether it's an issue with the display or a software issue because I've seen a reddit post with the same problem. I'm using the Snapdragon version of the S20 FE.
