USB C cable not showing up on pc

Hello, for some weird reason my usb c to usb c cable is not getting recognised when I plug it into my phone and won't show anything up on my pc.
Also, it doesn't charge properly. I tried it in a laptop and again nothing shows up there either. It used to work and saying it's outputting about 1.85W - 2.65W when charging. Is it my phone, motherboard or something else. I've tried 2 other cables and still no luck.

Any help?

Would be greatly appreciated.

Can’t make sense out of whatever this is. If your phone is not recognized by your PC and another using different cables, then only constant there is your phone and problem is most likely with it.

You're right for some reason I had to clear the data off of the usbsettings 'app'. Works perfectly fine now.
Thank you for the help man!

you don't make any sense... a usbc cable would never be visible if nothing is connected to it in itself.
