You will not need 32GB of ram, that's for sure, 8GB or maybe 16GB will be more than enough.

work with this? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131981

and what power supply would i need using 32 gigs of ram and a 4770k

Yes, that GPU will work with that Motherboard.

As far as your PSU, you don't need more than 500W. But, since the Corsair CX600 is so cheap, go with that one. There's even a modular one; CX600M.

What purpose is it intended for? Maybe you could give us a price point as well?

The motherboard will work with the dual GTX 770 splinting the pcie gen 3 bandwidth to 8x 8x but still enough for your typical gaming rig.

With the money you have spent on a dual 770 why not buy a 780 ti? correct me if I'm wrong

That power supply does have enough pci-e power cables.

I would go with at least 650w just to be on the safe side especially if your gonna overclock. and at least 80Plus gold certified would be recommended.

He'll need a psu with 4 6+2pin power cables, most 500-650w don't even come standard with that many from my knowledge.
