My screen's top is like it's been cut down by a few pixels

As you can see, it's obviously weird. The X is touching the screen's border, and when Opera GX is open, I can see that those colored lines around the current tab are missing from the top layer. The bottom of the screen is perfectly fine, though.

Sorry for bad english vocabulary and grammar.

Does anybody know about this?

Wait it wasn't on fulscreen mode, but the issue still exists.

Is the resolution and scaling set correctly?

I don't know, it's on 1920x1080 both in radeon and windows because my monitor is that resolution

Check the monitor settings.  If I recall correctly some have an aspect ratio setting that can apply overscan like TVs.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

It was some alignment issue like by default its on 50 (middle), I ran an automatic calibration on my monitory it solved the issue, but now the left side disappeared so I set it to 60 (instead of 50) and now its alrigh. Thanks for the advice that i should check monitor settings!

I assume a VGA connection. When you auto adjust, you need the whole screen to be a bright color, like F11ing a browser window.
