Budget: doesn't matter too much but not unlimited

Country: australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: R6s, Video Editing, and other games

Other details: My current specs are: 3060, i7 10700F,  980 Pro 1TB, 500GB nvme, 1TB hard drive, either 650w or 750w.

What i want to upgrade to: 4070 Super, i5 14600k, MSI MAG PANO M100R PZ, MSI B760M PROJECT ZERO, and move the 980 pro, HDD, and PSU to new build.               ALL WHITE

do you think the new build is a good combo of parts together
And what CPU cooler should i use?

about cooler: Noctua NH-U12S chromax.black. The white one doesn't have it, but it's perfect for cooling the i5 14600k.
Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Pro XT or Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB V2 (White Edition)

Whatever psu you decide on make sure it's a ATX 3.0 psu so that you don't have to mickey mouse the adapter for these RTX 40XX cards and you want DDR5-6000 CL30 seeing how games benefit from low latency.

https://au.pcpartpicker.com/products/memory/#b=ddr5&Z=32768002&S=6000&L=300   <--- Teamgroup and Silicone Power on there have white RGB sets that won't break the bank.

https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/zyyH99/intel-core-i5-14600kf-35-ghz-14-core-processor-bx8071514600kf   <--- if you don't need integrated graphics the non integrated graphics version of that cpu will save you a few dolllars.

https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/hGGhP6/deepcool-lt520-wh-8585-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-r-lt520-whamnf-g-1   <--- every bit as good as that Corsair AIO but for cheaper.

The higher the latency, the less frames per second.
