Nas os help

See I want to back my NAS up using backblaze pc backup and I’m debating whether it’s worth the performance hit to use windows or should I use unraid or truenas or something and figure out how to dicker container on backblaze, Omaha and a pfsense vm ( any help on how I can have it pfsense and has at the same time?)

 

also what about atlasos or tiny 11?

Depends on the hardware ofc. 
But Atlas OS would be better for this if you go windows, as all it really does is disable telemetry and give you more control over settings. Doing this whole giving lots more performance.

Putting that aside however I may not know much about any os but mac (dont.) and windows. But IK that windows, even with atlas os is a poop box for performance. Again imma let someone else tell you what other os to use as all im kinda familiar with is linux. With backblaze your probably pretty limited
