yeah it's decent,

if Pure rock 2 is cheaper than AG400 go for it, it's decent, you can also just use stock cooler, but it's fine to have slightly better tower cooler for the boosts,

the motherboard is decent, it has VRM heatsink, it's fine,

the ram is also decent, CL30 is more desirable, even if you drop few Mhz, CL latency means the time it takes RAM to answer a request to read data,

though if you can't find better ram that's fine, this is good,

oh you did find 7600 XT, that's really good as the card despite it being low-midrange, it's got 16GB of VRAM, which is very good for ultra details, and higher resolutions so 1440p and 4K, can stretch to future title games,

case is good as long as he parts fit, mainly GPU, the tower cooler isn't that high and the case is fat on first glance, so only worry is GPU length,

and airflow, but this probably has at least decent airflow,

not bad PSU, I like these protections:(@Somerandomtechyboi would probably agree)

image.thumb.png.74aba2815de57475d28800d4f46895d2.png

now, you don't need the fans, but you can get additional case fans,

what I'd recommend when buying case fans, this is very unknown but it's very useful,

is this:

Case Fan: ARCTIC P12 56.3 CFM 120 mm Fans 5-Pack  ($23.99 @ Amazon)

a fan pack, also Arctic P12 is very good in US price/performance/amount

now the MB you have has Fan headers for case fans, so you can regulate the speed, which is good so the fans aren't loud, because if you hook up fans just to PSU, they will go 100% speed,

also, let me know what other SSDs are available for you, we could find something better maybe, maybe not

Budget (including currency): 400,000 HUF (around 1100 USD)

Country: Hungary

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Halo Infinite (technically, just pure gaming)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I'm upgrading from an ROG laptop (i5-9300H, GTX 1650 Mobile and 8GB RAM). Mostly 1080p and 144-165hz. I don't have any parts, but I have every peripherals needed.

Sadly, this cost me around 1200 USD. I saw you were recommending me AMD, so I made an AMD list that might work. This build would cost me around 990 USD. What do you think about this list?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F ($227.42)

CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock Slim 2 ($29.10)

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B650M-A WIFI II ($152.72)

Memory: Kingston FURY Beast 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR5-5200 CL36 ($82.15)

Storage: MSI SPATIUM M450 1 TB ($73.01)

GPU: Asus DUAL OC Radeon RX 7600 8 GB ($299.91)

Case: Cooler Master CMP 320L ($47.46)

PSU: Gigabyte P550B 550 W 80+ Bronze ($51.91)

Case Fans: 2x be quiet! Pure Wings 2 140 mm Fan (2x $12.75 = $25.49)

Change that ram out, it’s super expensive. Use your fan money and put it into the ram. If you can find cheaper storage at pcie3x or 4c that has the dram then it’ll be faster, but generally if you can find something cheaper it’ll perform sinilarly.

The 7600 leaves a lot to be desired. If you can find any of these cards for cheaper, go with them. Try to buy used:

honestly, doesn't look quite shabby, the only thing I'd change is maybe better PSU and RAM

instead of case fans maybe, or better/different case, some include at least one fan in them

Found this RAM for $88.29. The case and the 2 fans together are cheaper than a case with 1 or 2 fans included.

I've got the cheapest option of everything, so I can't get a cheaper SSD. Found this one for $88.29. I would highly avoid used in my area beacuse there isn't a very big choice in what you wanna buy and most of the time. Found this RX 7600 XT for $403.77, which luckly fits in my budget!

Could compare which one is better, with this list?

that's way better, you could also look for CL30 ram if it's not too much, or CL30 and like 5400Mhz, sweetspot is 6000Mhz and 30CL, but you don't gotta pay fortune if it's too much for you

by the way, you can check on your list, and swap locations, there's Germany and other EU countries that might be close to your budget in € converted at least

well, you can consider these parts, idk how GPU is expensive, you could swap it to the 4060 if it's the most expensive GPU possible,

Count the fans though, if you only want to buy 2, a 3 pack will probably be more expensive, even though the price for each fan is cheaper.

Honestly the MSI SSD isn't that terrible, if you don't have room for slightly better.

warrantyless but if its cheap enough (<50$) and used doesnt exist then its an ok option albiet effective 522w due to 12v = 43.5a so prefer something with 12v = psu advertised rating like the deepcool pk-d psus since those will be better quality, again depends on price wrther or not its worth it cause a few extra $ is fine but not >10$

also this is pretty much best bang for buck atleast on pcpp and yes i checked most of the parts though instead of the ag400 you can get the freezer 36 for a tad more which should perform better

yes theres an a620 that is half the price of that b650 but that kinda defeats the purpose of am5

I mean yeah but we're on 7600 range, a stock cooler would be just as fine, but slightly better than stock is always welcome on AM5

I mean yeah but we're on 7600 range, a stock cooler would be just as fine, but slightly better than stock is always welcome on AM5

eh the wraith stealth is trash, bet even a ziptied on 775 copper core would destroy it in cooling performance, let alone an old amd copper heatpipe cooler or the freezer 36

besides youd probably wanna tune the 7600 anyways and run it abit faster with a higher tdp, but hey its better to be super efficient at 88w stock instead of whatever nonsense the x cpus are running out of the box and drawing tons of power + pegged at 95c
