This is my configuration which i've planned! - The question is DOES THE DEDICATED GPU WORK WITH THIS CONFIGURATION?

I've seen many videos which said RYZEN 5 8500G / 8600G don't support dedicated GPU!

They support dGPUs, it's just that if you're trying to put a dGPU in a system, you shouldn't buy an 8600G. A 7600(X) or 7500F is going to be faster and the same price as the 8600G. The 8500G only has 4 PCIe lanes for the GPU though, so while it can support a GPU it tends to be at a significantly reduced performance level.

Get something faster. A 2x16GB kit of DDR5 6000 CL30 should only be ~$10-15 more, and for quite a bit more performance (especially if you do stick with an 8600G for whatever reason).
