gpu not listed in bios

So you plugged your display into the GPU and the BIOS showed up? Then it seems to be working fine as you got video output

okay so im using the Asrock b650m pro rs motherboard and I'm using a rx 7800xt GPU, I'm tried booting the system for the first time with a HDMI cable plugged into the GPU and it turned on the display. The GPU fans spun for a moment then stopped. is this something I should worry about or should I just continue the system and download windows?

Don't really get what you mean by your GPU not listed in BIOS.

GPU generally doesn't get listed in BIOS.
