How to buy specific ribbon cables

I know this is a bit of an odd question but does anyone know of a website that sells generic ribbon cables? Like, with a dropdown to select the cable width, length, and number of pins, and it'd give a list of cables? 

I need a specific 9-pin cable for my HP DV6 laptop's touch bar, the OEM cable is selling for $16 on eBay and I would love to not pay anywhere near that much. But I don't know what to look for. It already took long enough to find that exact HP cable, I don't know where to even begin searching for a cheaper alternative - what do I even look up? "1cm width 9 pin cable"? Unfortunately the OEM cable does not have a part number or manufacturer listed.

If anyone knows of resources I could use, it would be greatly appreciated.

"ffc" the white cable with blue end things
"pitch" the measurement in mm from center of contact to center of next contact
"pin" amount of pins

so "ffc 0.5mm pitch 9 pin"

thats like 80% to what you need

im assuming if its 9 pins and 10mm wide its probably 0.5mm pitch, heres one listing that offers that in various lengths. you probably want to verify the pitch tho

The cable is indeed 1CM.

The middle of each pin lines up with the millimeter marks on the ruler.

1MM pitch since the space between pins is 1MM.

If anyone in the future needs the touch bar/button board/media button cable for the HP Pavilion DV4, DV5, DV6, DV2000, DV3000, DV6000, DV9000, HDX 16, HDX 18 and HDX 9300 from between 2006 and 2010, you need:

-10cm/100mm length

-9 pins

-1mm pitch

-Reverse side

I think that looks like 0.5mm pitch since the space between them is about half a millimeter. Would you agree? 

That's 1mm pitch, since it's 1mm between the center of pins.
