Prebuilt Gaming PC Recommendations

Hi,

I am a semi-competitive gamer and I am looking to upgrade from my gaming laptop to a gaming PC. I have been looking for a prebuilt gaming computer for a bit now and I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

I’m looking for something I can smoothly run games on, do school work, and watch videos / TV, and maybe in the future edit photos. I’d also appreciate it if it has a more than average amount of  storage It’s ok if it doesn’t. Im working with a $1,500 budget but I am willing to go a little bit over. Any suggestions?

(I’ll also take recommendations of components I should be looking for, thanks!)

Better advice about prebuilts is to not get one 😛

DYI is always better and cheaper, and is really not difficult, I got 2 left hands, am a disaster at anything requiring manual precision and yet managed to build a pretty solid rig  🙂

I know that building a PC is generally a better option, and if I was to get a PC 2 or so years ago I definitely would have tried to build one, but at this moment in time I’d honestly rather have a prebuilt. If you have any tips or suggestions on components I’d really appreciate it!

I used to be really invested into watching people build PC’s on YouTube and I knew a lot of stuff back then, but I don’t know much anymore and i feel like I’ll mess up the built somehow

It didn't change at all since 2 years, no worries, it's not like you watched how to build a DX386 based system 40 years ago lol
