PSU compatibility for RTX 4080 Super

Hello, I have HX1200i PSU corsair ‎CP-9020070-NA which is old model (https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/p/psu/cp-9020070-eu/hxi-series-hx1200i-high-performance-atx-power-supply-1200-watt-80-plus-platinum-certified-psu-eu-plug-cp-9020070-eu#tab-overview).

 

I recently bought RTX 4080 Super and Corsair 600W 12VHPPWR PSU cable Dual 8 pin PCIe - 12+4 pin connector. 

 

My clarification is whether my current PSU supports this cable and GPU?.

I believe you have to have a PSU compatible with type 4 cables and in the legacy cable chart on Corsair's website, the HXi appears to be compatible with type 4 cables (except for the main 24 pin ATX cable, which is not).
