It kinda looks like my whole setup deosn't love to work together!

Jens.M

Hi

I have some issues with my PC / Setup.

And I don't know what the problem is or why it does behave like that.

I upgraded my PC to these components and from all reviews and benchmarks I think it shold be faster or better in some work. Like gaming and multitask.

This is my setup on Windows 11

And often when I have a few Internetbrowser tabs open it freezes for a few sec.  or is laggy and just today after I closed Cyberpunk2077 the whole setup froze and nothing worked anymore until I ended Windows Explorer with the Taskmanager.

Sometime the CPU Usage is at 80-95% but I'm not really doing much

And even in Games I think it shold perform better with these CPU and GPU.

Does anybody know if something isn't compatible with something else?

Im almost attempt to switch back to Intel because with the old AMD cpu that I had I had some same issues.

Is AMD more likley subsceptible for problems then Intel?

I use my setup most likley for Gaming, Browsing, MS Office and Youtube with OBS and Davinci Resolve.

Sure this setup should be butter smooth and don't work as it should

Did you complete the whole ritual for the 7950x install? 😊

Else I would suspect a RAM issue, did you try lower clock like 5600?

Was this a clean install of Windows?

Did you install all the necessary drivers?

Did you make sure the BIOS is updated?

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
