Thanks everyone! I'll go for 5700X3D then!

That will be an awesome upgrade.

Remember that you might need a BIOS update before you install the 5700X3D.

Is the CPU 57003xd good for the money or are the a bit more expensive ones worth the price? At the moment I need to play Metro Exodus at 720p to get mostly consistent 50-60fps, sometimes more depending how much is going on in game

GPU - 4060 ti 16gb

Motherboard - ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING

RAM - 16gb

CPU - well the 3400g

The 5700X3D will absolutely destroy the 3400g in terms of CPU performance.

It would definitely be worth the upgrade 🙂

Just remember to update the BIOS first.

Yes, it's very good. If you currently have an AM4 motherboard and want an upgrade for just gaming, it's about the best value you can get.

If you can afford it, it is a great CPU and a nice upgrade, if you can't, the 5600 or 5700X (depending on prices) are still decently faster.

You should get at least 75 fps at 1080p max settings 🙂  (at least I think so from watching a few benchmarks, never played it before)

Hm that certainly doesn't happen to me... Any ideas what could cause this?

Basically what i mean...

You shouldn't need to go down to 720p to get 50 FPS.

According to YouTube, with a 12700k and 4060 Ti, you can get 75 FPS at 1080P max settings and RTX on.
