3k max budget recommends please!!

Here's what I have so far! Where should I spend more money on and where should I spend less on? Budget is 3k! Just focusing on the pc no Keyboard or anything outside the pc.

Those fish tank cases such as the 011's and Hytes are a bloody hose job. Here's a case with much better ventilation / airflow and is easier to work with, especially if you're using an AIO. Replace the 140mm exhaust fan that's included with this case with the 140mm ARGB fan down below. If you don't want to build it yourself then call around to local PC / laptop repair shops and find out how much they will charge if you bring them the components. This way you know exactly what you're getting. My guess is they will charge right around 150 quid.

I appreciate all the information ans detail personally I like looking at the components and stuff in the computer that's why I like the lian li 011 vision but I do value a well cooled system
