Need help with Ram upgrade

I have this issue:

need more ram , curently have   this Crucial 16gb ddr4 ram kit (bl2k8g36c16u4bl) . The kit i have now  is no longer made/sold, so option to  get another of same kit is not viable. Need sudgestions for how  to add more ram (what other  kit would  be compactible ).
