Struggling to get build to 1,000

Budget (including currency): ~$1,000 USD

Country:  USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Microsoft Flight Simulator, other Flight Simulators.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): At least 2 TB Storage (SSD Boot drive, can be HDD for storage)

I am currently working on a build for a friend that needs to run Microsoft Flight Simulator, along with some other Flight Sims, as well as basic computing tasks. I have a list down below but I'm struggling to get it within 1000-1050 ish. I dont know a whole lot about intel and AMD's latest gen as well as AMD's GPUs

Flight sim LOVES vcache. For a new build its hard to say. If you can buy used hardware it would be best. If you can buy a 5800x3d+B550+32 GB of ram combo in your area i would do that, but thats gonna be specific and hard to find.
