Dead space remake

I have just noticed that when I load up the game and load my save, fps is in the 60's. If I die and reload, fps is in the 80's. Not sure what is going on here. Have an rtx 4070 super.

The game does sufffer from some performance issues I think related to shaders or something and hasn't been fixed yet.
