Windows not recognizing network on startup

Heey so i build my first pc today and im now in the progress of installing windows but when i get to the network screen nothing is working. I tried everything on their aka.ms/networksetup page including updating the drivers but i cant seem to get it to work, anyone know more about this?

How is your pc connected to the network?

Using wired or wireless?

Is wireless built into the motherboard or using an adapter - state which.

Bypass it. Open Command Prompt with Shift + F10. Then type

oobe\bypassnro

It will reboot and you can skip the network page after that.
