SSD slot question

I have a crucial p3 2tb ssd and I put it in the m2b slot of the gigabyte x ax b650 am5. Should I move it to the m.2 slot? Also I have windows 10 installed, will anything happen with it?

It makes no difference where you put it. That will change depending on what you use it for or the comfort you have in manipulating another component.
