New RAM causing failure to boot

Hello all,

Recently I upgraded my ram and doubled it using the exact same ram sticks:

CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 5600 (PC5-44800) C36 1.25V - Black, 5600MHz (CMK32GX5M2B5600C36)

But for some reason when I try to boot it doesn't load up.

I've tested all methods of different ram order, checking all of the sticks and all of the slots that they go into and all seems to work fine. The only issue is when I have all 4 plugged in.

Although on the rare occasion when I unplug and replug my monitors it seems to work and my computer recognises all 64 GB's but when I try restarting it won't boot up again and I have to play around with it and re-seat all the ram until it works again which is rare.

For reference my mother board is b650 aorus elite as CPU 7 7700x

Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version? This usually improves RAM compatability and stability.
