The fans in antec NX360 Elite (this is probably not where im supposed to post it at)

Are the Antec NX360 case built-in 4 fans connected together into 1 connection? If yes, is it molex, a regular sysfan connection, or into the power supply? Ive been told they are all connected together in the shop i purchased them from

According to this thread on TH, it appears that the fans are powered by SATA, which means that, while those SM JST connectors will daisy-chain to your mobo for direct control,聽 you'll have no control of the fan speed. Paperdoc, the respondent in the link, is very knowledgeable. If you can provide photos of the fan and it's cables, that would help.聽

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 馃槈 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.
