Weekly Sponsor Concerns Update - Mar 22, 2024

Hey everyone, just chiming in to touch on a couple of the complaints we saw this week.

 

CoPilot
There was an influx in posts about the lack of clarity on CoPilot’s pricing. While you can ask the chatbot basic questions like this and get an answer, we have reached out to CoPilot and informed them that when it comes to paying for a service, that users do prefer pricing to be upfront.

 

UGREEN
There was a post on the forum regarding a wall charger not delivering the advertised 65W to their Surface Pro. We had a second person post in the forum with the same 65W charger with no issues. This sounds like it may be an issue with the device/method used to measure and possibly not the charger itself. However, we always encourage our community to reach out to the brand for any repairs, replacements, or issues they may be experiencing.
