Best sub 150$ Mobo/CPu X99/E5!

Hello whats the best build for E5/x99 for gaming? Fastest cpu and mobo setup for 150$ max! Turbo mod or v4. (Aliexpress) Please answer what is the best one! Looking to build a good pc!

I follow him and have watched many videos, good content. Just can't choose between 2680 v4, E5 2697A V4, E5 2690 V4.
Then mobos do I cheap out here and go for Machinist X99-RS9 or cheaper.

I guess it does depend on what games you want to play and on anything else you might want to do with your PC (eg. video editing). Esports games you would want to go higher frequency at the expense of cores (to an extent), but AAA titles you might want more cores/cache. In either scenario you would still want to lean towards higher frequency SKUs, so I would probably ignore the 2680 v4 and consider a 1660 v4, 1650 v4, or even a 2667 v4.

I play CS2 720p low, BF V 1080p High. Looking at 12400f vs E5 2697A V4 with a 1080ti. Both should not bottleneck the GPU right? I play cs2 720p low. This would become a LAN pc for parties.

I bought this kit recently, mainly for the 9 sata ports however it seems like a decent board other than the vram could be better cooled, however that could be said of may chinese upcycled boards.
