Suddenly YouTube is punishing me?

I'm simple watcher of all different youtubers, as i was watching video it was above 1080p it was running smooth as usual out of nowhere there's loading and it switched to 480p and I can't manually change it because it's telling me there's no 1080p or above just 480p and below.

 

And i wish 1080p should be default to watch because most people can enjoy 1080p anyways.

 

Anyone has same issue?

Or am i punished for using YouTube app on andriod... With ads..

 

Internet should be fine because i can download from steam fine.

 

Like what's going on why am i being punished or is it a bug?

 

Am i forced to be pirate?

wait... 480p...? i always watch yt at 360p on my phone...looks just fine on the small screen.  in fact it looks better than 1440p on a big screen...

no? i recommend Samsung browser, even if you don't have a Samsung phone,  its simply best browser with built-in picture in picture etc, and its not illegal.

Well this YouTube threw me off for telling me that video doesn't have above 480p while it does. So i troubleshooted wrong because of that.

No it has above 1080p but YouTube removes advanced options if it did buffer for some reason.

 

So ultimate solution reboot everything and its fixed.
