FPS-games on PC that are more like COD:Mobile than COD on PC/console?

I think that Call of Duty on PC/console is way too cluttery and the enemy blends in to the background way too much, it's almost impossible to see the enemy unless they're moving or shooting at you. The mechanics overall is too advanced and detailed.

I try playing the new COD-games on PC time and time again, most recently COD MW3, but i always return to COD:Mobile because it's a lot more straightforward, uncluttered and scaled down in comparison. The feeling of the game is very different aswell, the mechanics are spot on. And you see the enemy A LOT easier.

Is there any popular FPS-game on PC that is more like CODM than COD?

Overwatch is a good example of high visibility. Characters even have a red outline to make them even more visible. Valorant is another game with great visibility. Basically, any game that tries to look realistic automatically loses in this aspect unless the devs specifically implement stuff like outlines etc.
