Memory: Silicon Power GAMING 32 GB (2 x 16 GB)

Hi thanks a lot that was quite helpful, I have found everything except the ram, I wonder what other ram you would suggest because silicon power isn't available I have tired surfing all over the internet but couldn't find in my country

Since you're so far away I'll stick to generalization that specific models. I will assume AM4 Ryzen carries a premium and Intel's cheaper.

12600KF/13400F

A B660 board that has decent VRM cooling.

Consider some cheap cooler that looks similar to an AK400. You're in a hot country where included fans might struggle compared to NA and EU.

2x16GB 3200MHz (at the slowest) CL18 (at the highest) RAM sticks.

1TB M.2 for boot and some cheap 1-2TB SATA SSD.

RX5600XT/RX5700XT or GTX1080TI/RTX2070 level GPU

Case with actual open airflow at the front that has the ability to at minimum but 3x120mm fans

And 550W+ PSU from C tier or higher from popular reference PSU tier list.

MAIN: Ryzen 7 5800X3D - Kraken X62 Rev 2 - STRIX X470-I - 3600MHz 32GB Kingston Fury - 250GB 970 Evo boot - 2x 500GB 860 Evo - 1TB P3 - 4TB HDD - RX6800 - Antec HCG Platinum - Manta - Silent Wings Pro 4's enjoyer

Pretty much any 2x16GB DDR4-3200 CL16 or DDR4-3600 CL18 kit is ok. Given the number of brands it would probably be easier if you ask about a particular kit that meets these specs rather than ask for particular recommendations.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

The 13400f  185usd

The intel Is pretty expensive haha

Might be worth pivoting to AMD then. $40 is significant, a huge advantage to AMD so far. What are the motherboard prices? Check AMD B450/B550 vs Intel's B660/B760's.

Still a pretty bad motherboard. Need to look at some board with even beefier VRM's that this. What's around the $130 range? We still have then $20 left over for a better cooler from saving by not going with Intel.
