3080 or 6800xt?

Both will be more than capable to go 1440p.
It really comes down to do you need the extra 6gb of video memory for your productivy side of things. if yes then i would go the 6800xt route.

Current setup: 

I7 6700

64gb 3200mhz DDR4 (4stick combi)

200w generic HP power supply

HP elitedesk 800 G2 case

HP proprietary Mobo.
