I sent my pc to a repair shop cos i kept facing crashes in games and I was told that the my 3070 had video engine timeout errors and that they recommend me to replace my gpu. But im facing a problem now that I cant make a decision whether I should just keep using the gpu, seeing that my system is only about 3 years old or if i do get a replacement what gpu shd i get. Im looking at the 4060ti, 7700xt or just getting another 3070. I have a 650w psu and Im reluctant to change both this and the GPU atm due to financial constraints. So should I 1) Just keep using my current gpu or 2) change out the gpu and psu, potentially upgrading both

Alright so that is just a software issue really.

You can DDU the driver and then reinstall the newest gpu driver from the nvidia website.

Else what ia the make and model of your 650w psu?

A 4060ti is a DOWNGRADE from your 3070 btw.

Keep using your GPU if it still works, reinstall your drivers though.

I would say chnage it to a 7700xt instead of a 4060ti but only do that if you have concluded that your gpu is a gonner

If your PSU is oke no need to change bro.
