so i just built my new pc kinda, i bought a ASRock b650m pg riptide motherboard, amd ryzen 5 7600 and kingston fury beast 32gb ddr5 ram and when i tried to boot up my pc i went straight into bios and couldnt get out of there so i changed cms to enable and some launch 0pr0m to legacy and then the pc works fine but when i want to enable secure boot so i can have windows 11 i have to turn off cms and that launch thing but my pc wont boot if i turn that off. Anyone knows what the problem is or any solution? thanks in advance!

Some settings could be messed up, try clearing CMOS, that will reset your bios settings - if your board doesn't have a button (most don't) then just remove the coin cell battery and wait a few mins for good measure.
