Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  I am looking to completely replace my pc I am going to start with a 3060 but would like to upgrade to a 4080 or 4090 one day I wanna use the corsair 2500 series case what motherboard, cpu, power supply , am I looking at I know nothing about pcs also I would like to start with 4 terabytes of storage and 32 gigs of ram and should I water cool it or no

I don't want a pc right now I just wanna figure out parts and the price and no rgb and Whatever resolution this monitor can handle it was given to me by my brother and yes the message came off wrong but I meant I wanna focus on getting a pc first then worry about other things like another monitor or two and so on
