Budget (including currency): ~€1500 - €1700

Country: Netherlands

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to run games on 1440p at least 144fps. I want the highest settings possible

Other details This is my second computer I'm gonna build. Last time I build one was in 2020 with a r5 3600 and gtx 1660 super. I want to play on 144hz and 1440p. Within the budget there should be monitor(1440p, 144hz), computer, gaming mouse, gaming keyboard and maybe a headset.

My reccomendation: (Idk much about monitors and stuff so I hope this is ok)

It’s hard to hit it at max, but this should be good?

7900gre should be able to hit 144 at 1440p

What is the make and model of your current motherboard and what RAM do you have?

I dont want to reuse my old parts sorry

Why not? You can make a gaming machine if you have good stuff already. Plus reusing the case & psu has no downsides

Also, if you have functional monitors etc, then you could make a much much better pc (tho keyboard and mouse don’t cost too much)
