Disabling the integrated GPU is not a good idea because the dGPU passes through the iGPU - it doesn't have its own separate path to the display.
In Windows, you can assign apps to use a certain GPU - here it only shows one since my laptop has only 1 GPU, but on a system with two graphics cards it'll show Power saving as the Intel IGPU and High performance as the nvidia DGPU.
You could also disable Nvidia Optimus in BIOS or in the drivers.
