Temp Help

So when using HWmonitor I Get two different temps for my CPU CPUTIN temps and then a package temp under the CPU drop down the thing I don't get is they give me two different temps CPUTIN reads 28celcius at idle and Package reads 48celcius idle. I restarted my comp a little bit ago (after getting done with a skype call) and in the Bios CPU temps read 32celcius. My question is Should I be watching the CPUTIN or CPU Package temps?  Here's a log saved from HWmonitorHWMonitor.txt

I have a amd cpu in my desktop and the temps are weird on it too. I think the package temp would be wright. because the bios says 32 degrees the 28 is probably right as 48 is hot for idle in a desktop. Also the cpu temp when in the bios is normally hotter than when idling in a os.

Packages says 48 and CPUTIN says 28 so I'll just go with the CPUTIN
