Solid red light on GPU when my machine is off

I upgraded to RTX4070 Super (ROG Strix) from 3060Ti yesterday.

No major issues, and my computer turns on like a charm, and games run normally (at least for now).

however, I'm concerned about one thing: this red light on the GPU when the computer is off. When I turn the rig on, the red light turns off. My PSU is a ROG 850W, and my previous GPU didn’t have this red light.

What I did:

- Reboot the power unit after a 20 second wait. Checked.

- Reseat the GPU, checked.

- Made sure the power cables are connected tightly, checked. I did not use these daisy chain cables. I used two separate cables for this.

Above steps did not fix this problem. Does anyone have this problem too? Or it’s normal for the newer GPU?

other specs if you need them: R9 5900X cooled by 280mm, 16x2 RAM, and 2TB + 1TB SSD.

Motherboard is a X570 C8H.
