Neat 3D P case, will it scale?

Has any one used this model before? If so, does it stack well?

I'm tempted to a point of scaling up a few to ATX size and retro fitting the existing MOBO plate and maybe even fans to take 210mm and sending the files to my brother to print. Oh and adding "wall" mount tabs to screw into, especially if it does stack well.
